OK here are some sketches right out of my books. The line drawing are a lot of fun to do and are done from life. I usually draw like this when i am in a room with a lot of people there is so much going on, so why not draw a little bit of everything.

these are two sketches done in water soluble oil paint. There the first time i used the water oil paints, its was an interesting experience because i just used water as my medium. It was a lot like painting with turpenoid only less tacky and more controllable.
Ok while the studioGerlich website is under constructuction we'll be working off the internet on blogger. We'll try to update as much as possable. Mostly sketches will be put up and some finishes. All work by Michael Gerlich unless noted.
